Block Out Level 64 is a quadrant-frame puzzle. Orange frame borders divide the board into four chambers — three filled with massive purple numbered blocks (counters 4, 12, and 7), and one packed with small colored blocks. The small blocks in the upper-right quadrant are the only pieces that can move at the start. Clear them first to open the upper half, then feed the purple blocks through their exits in ascending counter order.
