흔한 실패 지점

Clearing 빨강 blocks in the upper frame before planning the padlocked blocks' exit route — once the surrounding space fills with lower-frame spill, the padlocked blocks have nowhere to go.

Treating the padlock counters as shared — clearing five upper-frame blocks does not unlock lower-frame padlocks, so working only one frame at a time wastes moves.
